Privacy Policy Updates
Due to the Internet's rapidly evolving nature, NuVasive may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, NuVasive will post its updated Privacy Policy on our Web site and we may send registered users an email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you shall cease using this Web site. If you do not cease using this Web site, you will be deemed to have accepted the change.

Information Collection and Use
You can generally visit our Web site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, in certain sections of this Web site, we may invite you to contact us with questions or comments or request information, provide us with feedback or testimonials, or complete a registration form. Due to the nature of some of these activities, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, contact data such as your home and/or practice address, email address, phone number, username, password, age or date of birth, sex, and contact information for other individuals in your office. We may also collect additional personally identifiable information that you voluntarily transmit as part of your testimonial if you are a patient or include as part of the description of your practice if you are a SOLAS® member. If you are a SOLAS member, other users will be able to search for surgeons and view your name, contact information and details regarding your practice on the Web site.

We may use your personally identifiable information to register you to use our Web site, deliver certain services or information you have requested, send you notices regarding goods or services you have used or may want to purchase or use in the future, verify your authority to enter our Web site, improve the content and general administration of the Web site and our Services, conduct demographic profiling and send you targeted advertising.

NuVasive recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. This Web site is not intended for children under the age of 18. NuVasive does not target its services or this Web site to children under 18. NuVasive does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18.

We may use small text files called cookies to improve overall Web site experience. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies generally do not permit us to personally identify you.

Users Outside of US
Our computer systems are currently based in the United States, so your personal data will be processed by us in the U.S. where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union.
