William struggled with back pain for more than 10 years. A few months after William’s XLIF procedure, he was able to return to his daily exercise routine without any discomfort.
Jill struggled with back pain for about 10 years. Jill underwent XLIF surgery in May 2013. Now that Jill is living pain-free, she plans to teach her dog training classes again and will participate in dog shows this year.
Lorraine struggled with back and leg pain for over 20 years. She worked as a Registered Nurse for about 33 years, which required a great deal of walking and lifting patients. Just four weeks post operation, Lorraine was able to walk outside with her walker and enjoy the nice weather.
Sandy’s surgery was fairly complicated and took more than six hours to complete, but Sandy was able to get out of bed and walk the very next morning. She was in the hospital for four days, but by the time she was discharged she was able to walk in the hospital hallways with minimal difficulty.
Chris underwent XLIF surgery in June 2012 and was able to walk two days after his surgery.
